Carole Grogan
Owner & Head Event Planner and Designer
Carole hails from a small town south of Cleveland Ohio. She began her journey studying Art and Design, consulting in the Fashion Industry, and ultimately graduating from Culinary School to stage in some of the most famous restaurants in the world.
Event Planning and Design became the culmination of all of her learnings resulting in the creation and management of bright blue for the past 15+ years.
She loves a good ghost story, a dry martini with a twist and traveling to Vancouver Island whenever possible. Carole resides in downtown Los Angeles with her partner, David, and their two pups Napoleon & Hannibal Augustus.
Schullie Ahn
Lead Planner & Studio Manager
As a native OC gal, Schullie integrates her background in Psychology from Biola University with her expertise in hospitality to elevate Bright Blue and the events they curate.
Known to bring a sense of calm amidst the whirlwind of event planning and execution, Schullie finds joy in witnessing all the details culminating together to one special day. You’ll find her filming on the day of, reliving the memories and sharing them later on Bright Blue’s socials.
A beverage aficionado, adept pickleball player, and culinary explorer, she resides in Orange County with her circle of friends and the best boy ever, Legend.
